| Kerry Barron – General Manager | |

| Kerry studied Hotel and Catering Management at Lancaster College and has made her career in the hotel industry. Her first job was at the Pitlochry Hydro Hotel as a General Assistant. From there, she moved to Edinburgh and the Carlton Hotel. There she worked in various departments and was part of the opening team for the new Carlton Highland Hotel, where she moved from Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to Front of House Manager to Personnel Manager. She was then promoted within the company to Deputy Manager at the Clarendon Hotel before taking up the role of Deputy Manager at the Royal Terrace Hotel, eventually becoming General Manager there for a year. Kerry has been General Manager of the Parliament House Hotel since the initial set-up of the hotel and during the recent refurbishment, involving her in all aspects of the hotel’s renovation and development. | |

| Iain Hutchison – Head Chef | |

| Iain has a passion for global cuisine, built up over a number of years working in a variety of top kitchens in Edinburgh. From early days as a Sous Chef at the Carlton Hotel, he has been Head Chef at The Wee Windaes Thistle Restaurant, The Barnton Thistle Hotel, The Gladyer Inn Hotel, and The University of Edinburgh Staff Club. Iain’s versatility and skill can now be savoured in MP’s Bistro at the Parliament House Hotel. | |
